O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to appoint him as Night Watchman pursuant to the interview held on 1.12.2014. The first respondent filed a counter affidavit indicating that pursuant to the interview held on 1.12.2014, appointment order was issued to N.Thirumurugan as Night Watchman and he also joined service.

2. In view of the stand taken by the first respondent that pursuant to the interview, Night Watchman has already been appointed, there is no question of issuing a mandamus to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner.

3. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent appointing the Night Watchman, if he is still aggrieved.
