CR.NO.33 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed (i.e) that the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20327/2020 dated 19.07.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the investigation has been completed and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date. All other conditions remain unaltered.
