Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issue a patta to the land at measuring 0.01 cent, situated in Survey No.211/13, Eachampoondi Village, Panampattu Post, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District in my favour based upon my representation dated 31.01.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 31.01.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 30.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
