2. COD prayer is qua delay in filing claim petition in Form No.66.

3. Ms.S.Sasikala, learned counsel for applicant adverting to support affidavit submits that the applicant came to know about the winding up order passed by this Court only in the year 2018 and submitted Form No.66 on 30.06.2022 but the respondent sent a reply stating that Form No.66 has to be submitted after obtaining orders from this Court condoning the delay.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, COD prayer is acceded to i.e., captioned application is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned albeit subject to condition that the applicant should file Form No.66 before OL along with original support papers on or before 22.08.2022 failing which the captioned application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

6. Captioned application ordered on the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
