JUDGEMENT The petitioner not being satisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal in MCOP No.4529 of 2017, dated 27.02.2023 has preferred this appeal seeking for enhancement of compensation. 2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for appellant and 2 nd respondent appeared and submitted that a compromise was arrived between the parties, to that effect, a joint memo was filed for recording settlement.
3. In view of joint memo for recording settlement filed by learned counsel for respondents and in terms of compromise, the award is passed. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. The Joint memo is forming part and parcel of this judgment. No costs.
