Prayer in W.P.No.18819 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take steps to measure and demarcate to issue a patta in the property being all that piece and parcel of land Begarahalli Village, Kariyamangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri comprised in Survey Nos.193/1 of an extent of Punja Areas 3.61 cents and based on the petitioner's application No.2025/0105/05/340858 dated 21.04.2025 with help of 4th respondent to put the fence the above said property within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

COMMON ORDER In both the Writ Petitions the petitioners want the properties issued in Survey No.193/1 of Begarahalli Village, Kariyamangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District to be surveyed.

2. When the matter is taken up, Mr. Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions from the Thasildar, Kariyamangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri states that the date of survey has been fixed as 27.05.2025. The police authorities in case requested by the surveyor, shall afford police protection at the time of survey.

3. As the respondents have already addressed the grievance of the petitioners, no further orders are necessary than to record that the survey will be conducted on 27.05.2025 and the properties will be demarcated. 3/5
