These petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 11th appellant, and to bring on record the proposed appellants 20 and 21 herein as legal representatives of deceased 11th appellant.

2. Mr.T.Sezhian, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, 11th appellant died on 18.03.2022. He would submit that due to ignorance, the 2nd petitioner omitted to inform the death of 11th appellant and it is not due to any willful negligence on his part. Now, he has filed the above petitions to implead his legal heirs.

3. Mr.S.Gopalaratnam, learned counsel for 1st respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, all the petitions are allowed. The 1\3

proposed legal representatives of the 11th appellant are impleaded as appellants 20 and 21 in the above Second Appeal. 18.08.2022 rpp Note :- The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 30.08.2022. 2\3
