PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order made in E.P.No.81/2023 in RCOP.No.3/2021 dated 14.06.2024, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Villupuram.

The above revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the docket order made in E.P.No.81/2023 in RCOP.No.3/2021 dated 14.06.2024, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Villupuram. 1/4

2. The petitioner is the tenant and the respondent is the landlord. The respondent had filed RCOP No.3 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Villupuram seeking for eviction under Section 21(2)(a), 21(2)(f) and 21(2)(g) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 and the said RCOP.No.3 of 2021 was allowed on 27.10.2022. Against the said order, the petitioner had preferred an appeal in RCA.No.2 of 2024 and the same is pending before the Principal District Subordinate Court at Villupuram. In the meanwhile, the respondent landlord had filed E.P.No.81/2023 in RCOP.No.3/2021, in which the docket order dated 14.06.2024, which is under challenge, has been passed. The said docket order reads as under :- "14.6.24 DH absent. Possession of immovable property could not be delivered decree copy enclosed. Cash Rs.20/- returned."

3. This Court is at a loss to understand how and in what manner the petitioner is affected by the docket order dated 14.06.2024. Therefore, this 2/4

Court posed a question to the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding how the petitioner is affected by the docket order dated 14.06.2024. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner was also unable to explain how the petitioner is affected by the docket order dated 14.06.2024.

4. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to interfere with the docket order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court at Villupuram in E.P.No.81/2023 in RCOP.No.3/2024 dated 14.06.2024. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.
