ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 regarding the granting of permission / certificate for vending at the petitioner's bunk shop located at No.39/72, E.V.R. Road, Egmore Metro Station, Adjacent to Sugarcane Juice Shop, Egmore, Chennai 600 008. The bunk shop sells juice, tea, coffee and food items using an LPG gas stove. Further, it is requested that the respondents refrain from disturbing the operation of the petitioner's shop until a decision is made.

2. Heard both sides. The petitioner has given a representation

dated 21.04.2025 to the respondents to permit her to run the petition mentioned bunk shop. The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose the representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the petitioner's representation is disposed of, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

3.The above Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
