This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 3 to 5 in the main civil revision petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the same for arguments finally on 28.09.2021.

4. Both the counsels are directed to file their respective written submissions before the next hearing date.
