Today, when these matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners filed a memo stating that the name of 11th appellant was wrongly mentioned in the above petitions as 'Ananthi' instead of 'Ananthanayaki' as mentioned in the grounds of appeal. Hence, to amend the name of 11th appellant, these matters were listed today.

2. Recording the memo filed by learned counsel for appellant, the name of 11th appellant is amended as 'Ananthanayaki' instead of 'Ananthi' as mentioned in the above petitions.
