With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.T.S.Rajamohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.A.Kalaiselvam for the fourth respondent and Mr.P.Chinnadurai for the fifth respondent.

3. This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 22/11/2014 against the fourth respondent.

4. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the said representation, proceedings were initiated under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and notice in this regard had been served to Mr.K.Mani on 22/1/2015.

5. In the light of the above since already action has been initiated, no further directions need to be issued.
