ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second and third respondents to transfer the petitioner to any of the Government School in Thiruvannamalai District by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
