ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G. R. Swaminathan J) Heard both sides.

The petitioner has been directed by the third respondent to vacate from the petition mentioned premises. According to the third respondent, the petitioner had encroached upon a public pathway. Challenging the said communications dated 28.02.2015 and 23.04.2025, this writ petition has been filed.

We notice that the petitioner had already filed a Civil Suit in OS No.2 of 2025 before the District Munsif Court, Wallajapet. The respondents

informed the Court that the next hearing date is 17.06.2025. The impugned communications shall be put on hold and kept in abeyance till the end of June 2025. It is for the petitioner to obtain an interim order before the Jurisdictional Court in the meanwhile. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
