The petitioner/appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 99 days in paying the deficit court fees of Rs.10,200/- in the appeal.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
