ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitionercalling for the records and papers from the files of the 1st respondent in I.D.No.235/2007 and quash the impugned ward made therein dated 16.08.2012 in so far as the 1st respondent has denied petitioner claim for reinstatement, backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits and pass orders.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as against the very same impugned order dated 16.08.2012, the second respondent / management has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.30876 of 2012 wherein this Court vide order dated 03.03.2023 has directed the second respondent / management to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in 10 equal installments pursuant to the negotiation between the parties.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the above writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
