Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish certified copy of all transcripts of the calls received by the petitioner from mobile phone Nos.944346687 and 9443486599 between 8.00 PM (20.00 hrs) of 19.9.2013 and 12.30AM of 20.9.2013 along with respective address of the subscribers and the tower from which each call has generated tower from which the said calls were received by petitioner both in printed and Computer CD.

This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
