ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned matter was disposed of by an order dated 24.07.2025.

2. Mr.I.Calvin Jones, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned State counsel submitted in one voice that the order has been duly complied. This common submission is recorded.

3. In the interregnum, as regards sub-paragraph (i) of Paragraph 24 of order dated 24.07.2025, learned State counsel submits that a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- has been paid to the writ petitioner by the Officer concerned though the direction is to R1.

4. Be that as it may, what is of significance is, as Officer concerned has paid the compensation to the writ petitioner, there shall be no Disciplinary proceedings or any other action against second respondent or Page Nos.2/4

Officer concerned or any other Officer or Staff in this regard with regard to the captioned matter.
