O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the one of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.3520 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the said Magistrate to the credit of Crime

No.1526 of 2021 and submits that the petitioner is the only bread winner of the family and also met with an accident and undergone a major surgery on his leg, which took away his normal life. Therefore, he was unable to mobilize the funds. Hence, he has filed a present petition before this Court. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3520 of 2021 on 17.08.2021., is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Uthiramerur, Kancheepuram District for the purpose of improvement and maintenance of Government Schools and the period for furnishing sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks * from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain intact. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
