Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that all these petitioners have been granted posting. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and he requested this Court to dismiss the writ petition as having become infructuous.
