This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.241 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 293(6)(b) and 351(2) of the BNS Act, 2023.

3. In view of the fact that a case has already been registered in Crime No.241 of 2025 for the alleged offences, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
