ORDER
Learned standing counsel for the respondents stated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and he has also filed a calculation memo in this regard. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that as per the settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, the claim of the petitioner has not been considered.
2. The petitioner is given liberty to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum, if so advised. With this observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
