Seeking to regularise their services on the ground that they have worked more than 480 days continuously in two calender years, the petitioners made representations dated 29.10.2015, 12.11.2015, 11.11.2015, 15.11.2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

25.10.2015 and 21.04.2015 to the respondents. However, on its non-consideration, they filed the present writ petition. Taking note of the pendency of the representations, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to pass orders on the respective representation of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
