Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner father, namely, Annaiyappa, for the land at S.No.174 to an extent of 2.78 Acres, situated at Balepatty Bagalur, Kothriyam Sanamangalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2020.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.07.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in the name of his father with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 26.11.2020 at 11.00 AM. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
