ORDER
Heard both and perused the records.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.8.2013.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he became the absolute owner of plot No.255 in S.F.No.41 of Pallikaranai Village vide sale deed dated 11.8.2005 registered as doc.No.5544 of 2005. The petitioner was also issued with a patta. While so, by creating documents of sale deed, etc., the patta was transferred in the name of one Mr.Ramesh Babu. A criminal case was also registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in Cr.No.409 of 2013 on 05.10.2013 under Sections 419, 465, 467, 469, 471 and 420 read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a representation for cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the said Mr.Ramesh Babu. Since no action has been on the same, the petitioner approached this Court.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the third respondent cancelled the patta issued in favour of the said Mr.Ramesh Babu and that the original name of the pattadhar was restored. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the order passed by the third respondent dated 25.3.2015 issued in Na.Ka.No.E2/579/ 2014.
5. In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this case.
