ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Gokulram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for the issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business in the name of "BABA NATURE CURE CENTRE" at New No.60, Old No.35, Ramalingam Road (East), R.S.Puram, Coimbatore 641 002.

3. The second respondent has filed the counter affidavit stating that till date no inspection has been conducted in the petitioner's premises and the allegation of the petitioner that her business is being prevented by the respondent-police is false. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the stand taken by the respondent-police, there is no necessity to issue any direction as sought for by the petitioner and it would be suffice to observe that as long as the petitioner is doing lawful activity in the business premises, there shall not be any disturbance by the respondent-police. However, if there is any allegation as to the conduct of any unlawful activity committed by the petitioner, then, it is open to the respondentpolice to take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
