Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent culminated in proceedings R.No.23565/HB2/2020 dated 27.10.2020, passed under Rule 46(2) of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules 1989 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to revoke/rescind the suspension of the trade certificate of the petitioner.
