O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the entire records connected with the impugned Order of Recovery passed by the respondent vide Memo No.18172/ Ni.Pe.2/ U.2/ Ko.Ve.Ka/2013-4 dated 16.5.2014 and quash the same the direct the respondent to refund the amount of Rs.22 800/- with interest of 12% to the petitioner which was deducted from the salary of the petitioner for the month of June and July 2014.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
