Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1364/Aa1/2020 dated 13.03.2020 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of Teachers Selvi D.Ameena and Tmt.A.Sameema Sowthama appointed in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of appointment on 01.08.2019, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that approval has been granted by the respondents towards appointment of Teachers Selvi D.Ameena and Tmt.A.Sameema Sowthama in the post of Secondary Grade Teachers and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
