PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.R.V.A1/11693/2020 dated 15.04.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.R.V.A1/11693/2020 dated 15.04.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and with all consequential benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the case is listed for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, pending writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated in service on 26.02.2021 at shop No.11604 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
