The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.94 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. It is also alleged that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner herein is having 19 previous cases. He would further submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
