Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 05.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16038 of 2020 by order dated 09.10.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 05.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16038 of 2020 by order dated 09.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16038 of 2020 by order dated 09.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
