Prayer in WP 16689 of 2014: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, call for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with Procds. R.No. 62085/T1/2012 (E.O.No.290/2013) dated 28.06.2013 and quash the same and further direction to the respondents to accommodate the petitioner by creating a supernumerary post or in alternate accommodating in the existing vacancies available in the Transport Department and further allow him to continue as Motor Vehicle Inspector Gr.II and grant him all consequential service and other benefits.
