The First Respondent, who has filed counter affidavit, shall produce the documents mentioned based on which the death of the Petitioner had been registered.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to implead the Judicial Magistrate, who had condoned the delay for registering the death of the Petitioner as per the statement made in the counter affidavit filed by the First Respondent.
