O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take action and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2013 , within a time frame.

2. Mr. V. Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation to the 1st respondent as early as on 23.09.2013, the 1st respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3. Ms. A. Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2013 in accordance with law, after giving notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all the interested parties, within a period of four months.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
