Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in G.O.Ms.No.40, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, dated 10.03.2015, and quash the same so far as the inclusion of the private respondents are concerned and in the event of necessity to make temporary promotions, to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioners to the post of Deputy Commissioner by relaxing rule 4(c) and 5(a) of the Tamil Nadu Commercial Taxes Service Rules, as hitherto done vide G.O.Ms.No.132 dated 18.10.2013.
