The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.100 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.No.3070 of 2020 pending on its file.

2.The petitioner is shown to be a resident of Thirumangalam. She seeks transfer on the ground of convenience and on the ground that it has to be tried along with the O.P. pending in II Additional Family Court, Chennai. The husband is shown to be resident of Mangadu in Kancheepuram District. Both Thirumangalam and Mangadu are nearer to Poonamallee than the Family Court, Chennai.

3.Considering the convenience of both the parties and the fact that the personal appearance of the parties is not required before the Sub Court. HMOP.No.3070 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to be tried along with HMOP.No.100 of 2021. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
