ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 and to cancel the sale deed dated 08.11.2024 registered as Doc. No.1432 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1 st respondent.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2025 has not been considered by the st respondent so far.

4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1 st respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried on by the 1 st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
