Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the connected records in the issuance of the impugned orders in G.O.M.S.No.1897, Health, dated 05.10.1987 of the first respondent and to quash the same; consequently to direct the first respondent to reinstate (i.e deemed reinstatement) the petitioner back in service on the date on which he was last removed from service; allow the petitioner to retire from service in the normal course, as on that date with all consequential benefits such as arrears of pay, increments, as also all pensionary benefits such as D.C.R.G commutation, arrears of pension, amount standing for leave at credit, Special Provident Fund with interest & GPF etc.
