the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner - Association dated 24.10.2013 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No.1940 of 2012 and confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Appeal (Civil) No.21951 of 2013. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner Association has been considered by the Government by issuance of G.O.Ms.No.140, Finance Department, dated 25.04.2018.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.
