Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondent Bank from enforcing the security interest as per the Sale Notices dated 18.02.2015 and 04.03.2015 issued in the Chennai edition of New Indian Express as it is in violation of the mandatory provision of Sec.13(11) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, and principles of natural justice to not vex the borrower again and again on the same cause of action.
