2. The present Criminal Revision petition has been filed

challenging the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.6799 of 2023 in C.A.No.262 of 2022.

3. The Revision Petitioner had filed the petition in Crl.M.P.No.6799 of 2023 under Section 391 of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court seeking to send the specimen signature of the revision petitioner/ appellant along with the signature in the Cheque No.015049, dated 23.10.2017 drawn on Indian Bank for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the forensic laboratory for comparison of signatures. The said petition was dismissed by the XXI Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam, Chennai vide order dated 28.04.2023.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent contended that C.A.No.262 of 2022 was disposed on 06.07.2023 and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

5. A copy of the Judgment passed in Crl.A.No.262 of 2022 was

also furnished by the learned counsel for the respondent. Hence, the present Criminal Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.07.2023 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking order vum R. HEMALATHA, J.
