This petition has been filed to modify the condition (Para-8) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- by an order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12185 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.01 of 2022.
