he has obtained instruction from the University that the University would be publishing the data relatable to the performance of the Colleges for May and November, 2015 within a week from today and in future also, this process will be followed by putting the data in public domain within fifteen days of the results being published.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the University will be bound by the same.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
