ORDER

The contempt petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.16509 of 2000, dated 08.06.2009.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, through proceedings No.20444/AO-1/2001, dated 22.07.2010 by the respondent.

3. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the proceedings dated 22.07.2010, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
