ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with and a final report has been filed in Final Report No.FR-3/2022 on 25.02.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
