Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the order bearing Na.Ka.No.4464/A1/2015 dated 29.01.2016 passed by the first respondent and quashing the same, and further directing the respondents to cancel the registration of document Nos.2682 of 2015 and 2683 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.
