COMMON ORDER The present Contempt Petitions are filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.01.2020 and 13.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.34099 of 2019 and W.P.No.1278 of 2020 respectively.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents in both the Contempt Petitions, made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 09.01.2020 in W.P.No.34099 of 2019 and on
13.02.2020 in W.P.No.1278 of 2020 have already been implemented. In this regard, the Teachers Recruitment Board / third respondent has already communicated the list of selected candidates including the names of the petitioners to the Department of Adi Dravida Tribal Welfare, and pursuant to the said list, the Department of Adi Dravida Tribal Welfare has also issued Call Letters to the respective candidates enabling them to participate in the counseling, scheduled to be held on 19.10.2022.
3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of these Contempt Petitions and consequently, the contempt petitions stand closed.
