This application has been filed to permit the defendants to file additional written statement.

2.This application is opposed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff mainly on the ground that the basis of filing of this additional written statement has no legs to stand. The learned counsel submitted that the assertions made in the additional written statement are factually incorrect and hence, there is no requirement to permit the defendants to file the additional written statement. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the defendants have taken a stand in the additional written statement. The sustainability of such a stand taken by the defendants can always be questioned/argued in the suit and that cannot come in the way of allowing this application.
