Respondent(s) PRAYER The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondents 3 to 5 in Letter No.DN23/001/2025 dated 08.04.2025 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, whimsical and untenable and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 5 update its records to reflect the planning permission obtained by the Petitioner in Planning permit No.PPA/WDCN03/10511/2024 in respect to the land and building situated in Plot No.30A comprised in Survey No.530/3A1C1, Kannappasamy Nagar, 24 th Cross street, Puzhal, Chennai-600 066.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Writ Petition is filed to call for the records of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in Letter No.DN23/001/2025 dated 08.04.2025 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to update its records to reflect the planning permission obtained by the petitioner.

2. In the earlier occasion, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated that the planning permission was not obtained by the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the planning permission has already been obtained from the Greater Chennai Corporation, in respect of the land and building situated in Plot No.30A comprised in Survey No.530/3A1C1, Kannappasamy Nagar, 24 th Cross street, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066, vide Planning Permit No.PPA/WDCN03/10511/2024, dated 04.02.2025. He would further submit that the building is slightly in deviation from the building plan permit and the petitioner would undertake to bring the building in conformity with the approved building plan within the prescribed period as may be prescribed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is directed to bring the building as per the approved building plan already obtained by him vide Planning Permit No.PPA/WDCN03/10511/2024, dated 04.02.2025, within a period of three (3) months from today.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
